Terms of service

• Not reading my terms of service does not make you immune to them• I have the right to decline the commission.• Payment must be sent upfront. I will start working on the commission once I receive the payment.• I can only take PayPal (friends & family option is preferred but not mandatory).• I will send a sketch WIP and wait for the client’s approval before continuing working on the commission. You may ask for more WIPS and updates at any point of the process.• I do not work with deadlines unless it is discussed before the commission is payed. I might charge a fee depending on how tight the deadline is.• If you change the character after you have approved the sketch WIPs, I will not change anything at all.• My turnaround time can vary from just a few days to a few weeks. I usually have quick turnaround times so do not hesitate to ask for updates if you feel I am taking too long to finish the piece.• Once the commission is payed it will be added to my Trello (to do list / queue). There, you can check if I have started your drawing or not, as well as how many commissions I have to finish before I start working on yours.
